We’ve been in the care business a long time, over 50 years, so we’re well positioned to help and advise, tailoring care to make it personal to you.

Delivering personalised live-in care, allowing individuals to receive 24/7 support in the comfort of their own home.
CARE HOMES
Providing exceptional kind and compassionate care in beautiful settings. We currently have a care home in Garforth, Leeds with two purpose-built care homes in development in Harrogate and Wetherby.
COMPLEX CARE
Springfield Healthcare offers highly specialised complex care services for individuals with significant and long-term health needs. Our expert team of carers are trained to support a wide range of conditions.
A BRIEF HISTORY OF SPRINGFIELD
Springfield Healthcare began with a family-owned care home in Garforth, West Yorkshire, founded in 1967 by the parents of Springfield’s Chairman, Graeme Lee.
Graeme took over the business in 1994, transforming the single care home into a group delivering care across Yorkshire and the Humber, and the North-East, with plans for further expansion, including the development of new care villages and a continued focus on care at home.
