Annual Springfield SARAs to Honour Staff with Back to the 80s Event

We are thrilled to announce the return of Springfield’s Staff Annual Recognition Awards (SARAs) for 2025!

These awards celebrate the outstanding contributions of our staff and the positive impact they make on the lives of those we care for. This year, we’re turning up the volume and heading back in time as the SARAs embrace “Back to the 80s” theme, set to take place on Thursday July 10th, 2025 at Grove House, Harrogate.

After another year of dedication and hard work, it’s vital that we take this opportunity to recognise and thank our incredible teams, and what better way to do it than with a fun and nostalgic trip back to the 80s! Attendees can expect a night filled with the iconic sights and sounds of the decade. We are anticipating a fantastic display of bold fashion, unforgettable music and a generally electric atmosphere.

The SARAs provide a crucial platform to honour staff members who consistently exceed expectations, demonstrating remarkable dedication, innovative approaches and genuine compassion in their roles.

Nominations are currently open across a variety of categories, tailored to recognise the diverse contributions within both our home care and care home teams.

For our Home Care Teams, the categories include:

For our Care Home Team, the categories include:

All staff members, customers and their have families have been encouraged to nominate their deserving individual within the appropriate category.

Our staff are the heart and soul of Springfield. The SARAs provide a wonderful opportunity to highlight their achievements and the truly impactful work they undertake every single day.

We eagerly anticipate celebrating with everyone in July, as we journey back to the energetic and unforgettable era of the 1980s!
