Caleb Hanson, a supervisor from our Sheffield home care branch, has recently graduated as a Master of International Business Management at Sheffield Hallam University.
Caleb expressed excitement about the accomplishment, stating, “My time at university was more than just academic. It was an opportunity to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and broaden my perspective on global business.”
The Master’s programme has equipped Caleb with valuable skills in people management and strategic planning. He aims to utilise these skills to advance his career and contribute positively to Springfield Healthcare.
Caleb will demonstrate the skills he has learnt throughout the course within his role as a supervisor, helping to lead colleagues and provide an excellent service for customers.
Caleb is also committed to ongoing professional development, focusing on improving communication skills, leadership abilities and fostering a positive work environment.
