Life at Springfield

Springfield were absolutely fabulous with my parents who both had dementia, my father had vascular dementia and went downhill quicker than my mother. They treated them with compassion and always had a smile and took the time to engage with them

It was a big step for me to accept I needed care and to do something about it. I am so glad I chose Springfield Healthcare as they were the company who put me at ease completely from the moment I rang them. The carers have transformed the quality of my life so much and lifted a huge weight from myself and my family.

All the staff at Springfield are lovely. Carers and managers have a can-do attitude, and enable me to live my life the way I see fit. The carers raise any concerns they may have very quickly which allows any issues to be resolved with the minimum of fuss! So glad that these lovely people have come into our lives.

My dad moved into this lovely home in October 2023 and he has settled in so well – the care, love and support that he receives from all the staff is great. He is able to choose how much interaction he accesses and the staff allow him to have a voice in every aspect of his care, which is important to him. He has said recently to visiting professionals that he loves his room and it is his home.
