My dad moved into this lovely home in October 2023 and he has settled in so well – the care, love and support that he receives from all the staff is great. He is able to choose how much interaction he accesses and the staff allow him to have a voice in every aspect of his care, which is important to him. He has said recently to visiting professionals that he loves his room and it is his home.

Meet Suzanne
Suzanne Rogers is the Registered Manager for Springfield Healthcare Hull. Her career in care began after being inspired by her sisters who both worked as carers at Springfield. Suzanne initially started in the ‘on-call’ role alongside doing bank work, before moving into the care co-ordinator role.
After a couple of years in the care co-ordinator role, Suzanne progressed to the Service Manager role which she did for 4 years before becoming the Registered Manager for Springfield Healthcare Hull.
