My dad moved into this lovely home in October 2023 and he has settled in so well – the care, love and support that he receives from all the staff is great. He is able to choose how much interaction he accesses and the staff allow him to have a voice in every aspect of his care, which is important to him. He has said recently to visiting professionals that he loves his room and it is his home.

SUPPORT AT CAMPBELL COURT
Springfield Healthcare’s Campbell Court is a purpose-built extra care facility in Hebburn, Tyne and Wear, designed for adults aged 55 and over, or younger individuals with physical or mental health needs. It offers independent living with the peace of mind that support is always available.
The facility is a designated extra care scheme for South Tyneside local authority customers, meaning all applicants are referred through South Tyneside Social Services and must have a care package in place.
Springfield Healthcare provides a variety of on-site services, including tailored care plans, personal care assistance, medication administration and social activities, ensuring residents can maintain their autonomy while receiving the necessary support.
